Unleashed! journeys through the conundrum of practicing the traditional Christian disciplines while living in the everyday. Bill Couchenour has a fervent desire to help ministries improve their effectiveness at connecting their communities with Christ. Since 1994, he has served as President of Cogun, a company committed exclusively to helping churches develop the right ministry space. Bill has a business degree from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the University of Tampa. He has served in various leadership capacities for the local church and other organizations, including Youth for Christ, Heartland Christian School and BeTheChangeProject. Bill is the author of the book, Churches…Before You Build.

Ed Bahler is the Founder and CEO of Aspen Group, the Midwest’s premier church design and construction company. Ed holds an Engineering degree from Purdue University. His passion is to radically enhance ministry impact through the effective ALIGNMENT of culture, ministry, leadership and facilities. Ed has a strong commitment to life transformation through discipleship and missional engagement. He serves on the leadership team of missional training groups like Future Travelers and Forge; is a national thought leader for innovative facility design to support missional activities; and leads a student ministry group at Purdue University. In 1979, Ed married Annette and they have since been blessed with the gift of seven children and 12 grandchildren.
