Wired to Plant
Wired to Plant

Choosing the right lead pastor is critical for new church success. With 33 years of church planting experience, Dr. Paul Williams has learned to identify and hire high-capacity leaders who effectively plant growing churches. The result has been rapid and consistent growth in churches planted by the Orchard Group, one of the nation’s largest church planting ministries.
In 2011, utilizing the DiSC test, Paul completed a study of 50 lead church planting pastors. The results—the focus of this book—provide great help to anyone hiring church planters; anyone considering church planting; or anyone teaching about new churches. Wired to Plant helps readers see the possibilities and challenges of church planters in a whole new light.
